Patrick F. Valdez
Patrick F. Valdez, founder of the Valdez Law Firm, graduated from the University of San Diego in 1991 with a degree in Business Administration. He would then continue his education at the Southwestern University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1999.
Mr. Valdez is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association Los Angeles County Bar Association and Consumer Attorney of Los Angeles. Mr. Valdez has successfully represented both businesses and individuals in seeking immigrant and non-immigrant visas through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service and various consulates throughout the world.
Those matters include family-based and employment-based applications for permanent residency, as well as non-immigrant visas for business partners, managers, executives, treaty investors and traders, religious workers, students, artists, entertainers and a wide variety of professionals. He has also successfully represented clients in (deportation) removal proceedings, including litigation in Federal District Courts, Federal Court of Appeal, and Immigration Courts throughout the United States.
